Leveling machine consist of base frame,rollers, moved cross beam,screw down mechanism,

transmission systems,auxiliary box,carrying roller device,lubricating system, electronic control system,ect.

The motor drives the reducer and distribution box to drive up and down the leveling rollers through the universal connecting shaft.Distribution box adopts first - class transmission and second - class distribution structure.It has the advantages of uniform load distribution, smooth movement and long service life.

Leveling device:

Leveling device consist of rollers,roller supporting seat,back-up roller device and upper supporting roller holder.Generally leveling machine designed 13 pieces of roller level structure,upper 6 rollers,bottom 7 roller.We can also produce according to customer’s demand,like 11 rollers,15 rollers or 19 rollers.

The leveling roller is made of material 40Cr with frequency quenching and fine grinding. Sufficient strength, stiffness and surface hardness features,to guarantee the service life of leveling rollers.
